We highlighted Wildcrafting earlier in March and thought we would extend that concept east, over the Canadian Rockies and into Jasper. Located in the heart of the Alberta Rockies, this is a destination that can be reached via a winding highway that abounds with wildlife – perfect for animal spottings from moose to mountain sheet. Once you’re settled at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, in either the main building or of their many outpost cabin options, consider ordering room service which is deliver by bicycle.
Take your picnic basket to the lakeside, spread out a blanket and enjoy quiet time with your colleagues and breathe in the incredibly fresh air. In the morning, there are several opportunities for helicopter hiking or skiing, glacier walking followed by a horseback ride to a quaint lodge lunch and more. The opportunities to craft your own group’s experience in Jasper are enormous.
