I love Western Canada because: They are epic destinations. The landscape is mind blowing, the people are super friendly and there are so many different levels of experience here. It is an amazing part of the world to be. I came here for one year…eight years later!

I love to_____: Travel. I’ve ticked quite a few places off my bucket list so far but the list is still very long! If I had to pick a travel highlight, it would probably be Sri Lanka or New Zealand.

Favorite restaurant to eat at: I am fortunate in that I have had the opportunity to eat a lots of fabulous restaurants but my current favourite is a small local Mexican place in Canmore called Aroma. The margaritas are delicious and the food is authentic and fresh and the service is the best. It’s like that show Cheers – they remember me and make me feel special.
Your top Rockies must do: Hike a classic hike – my favourite is the Assiniboine area.
Favorite type of event to organize: A fam trip – showing the best of the best of our destination and seeing it through other people’s eyes as they discover the magic of the Rockies is one of the best part of my job!
