The custom itinerary for this International group of VIP’s involved fifty vintage cars transferring guests to the historic Stanley Park Pavilion, dozens of golf carts used for the public parkade rooftop Hollywood Backlot party (with tenting and very challenging logistics involved) and one dazzling lavish spectacle at the Commodore Ballroom. One custom 5km FunRun, over a dozen helicopters and floatplanes took guests to Victoria for the day and over seven hundred vehicle transfers between the airport, activities and dine arounds. Fifty-three local staff had to know each of the 259 guests by name on this “never-done-before”, out of the box, custom program.
