Go big or go home.
The challenge: A group of 1,300 guests from 80 countries and three large scale off-site event requests including a curated, unique, activity day.
Two enormous complex tent builds in iconic, rarely used locations – Stanley Park, Vancouver and Squamish Logging Grounds. One take over of Yaletown for an all guest dine-around and after parties. 10 restaurant buy-outs, two blocks of street permits, moving 1,300 guests on 26 coaches from various hotels.
A bespoke Whistler experience day with 57 customized itineraries, six base camps and 3,200 individual activities. All set up using First Nation’s Spirit Animals as way of choosing activities, so people could align themselves with traditional aspects of the region.
An intensive program involving challenging logistics, an enormous team, clever negotiations with Parks Boards, City officials and a pushing boundaries approach.
Winner Best Multi-Day Incentive, Canadian Event Awards 2020.
