Reflections and neon nights.
The challenge: One ballroom, two distinct nights, 650 thrill seeking guests and unbridled creativity. A projection mapped choir in a 360 degree immersive multi-screen environment; incredible geometric screen content; mirrored tables and exquisite decor; interactive sound activated light tunnel; laser performances; a revolving stage unveiling a myriad of musical talent; a 15’ robot shooting confetti over an energised crowd; sequins, wigs and neon galore; LED swings and seesaws; live painting and guest tattooing. The best party, the Fairmont Whistler has ever seen.
A user-pay activity and dining program was also designed and implemented by our operations team, with full registration site and on-site hospitality for a wide range of high-energy local experiences.
Winner of Most Outstanding Event $250,000-$500-000, Canadian Event Awards 2020. Winner of Best Event Produced for a Corporation and Best Technical Support, ILEA Vancouver Awards 2020.
