The challenge: A neon spectacle for 2,500 entrepreneurs. A crossover evening between two groups at a prestigious Global Conference; the final evening for the educational portion of the conference and the opening evening for the two days of networking. This night needed to blow their socks off, have immense impact and electrify the audience.

We needed to impress and engage these ‘seen it all’ elite guests and keep them on their toes. A mind blowing ‘out of the box’ social event, edgy and different, was our objective. We met it through an explosive blend of creative décor and entertainment, overcoming venue challenges and surpassing client expectation.

A night filled with high style, interaction and jaw dropping performances. Blending contemporary décor design, unique styling, electrifying entertainment and technology, stunning lighting and an engaging layout. Five different stages, including a DJ tower, cirque platforms, central stage for video mapped contemporary dance and an after-party band zone. Neon styling used predominantly through tape installations on all structures, bars, spray painted mannequins and décor that pushed the limits.
